Opus AI Flow provides client acquisition services for HVAC businesses, including paid advertising, lead follow-up automation, and pipeline reporting. The specific deliverables and terms of any engagement are set out in the agreement you enter into with us.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Any figures or examples shown on our website describe general industry conditions or illustrate how our system works. They are not a promise or guarantee of specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. SMS Terms

• Program Name: Martim Costa dba Opus AI Flow. When you opt in, you will receive the categories of messages you selected. These may include appointment and strategy session updates, replies to your inquiries, and, if you opted in, marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Message frequency may vary.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
